Chamomile (Roman) e.o
The scent of the Chamomile (Roman) e.o. (essential oil) is fresh and sweet. It smells fruity, and similar to an apple’s smell.
This essential oil is steam distilled from the plant’s flowers. It can be pale blue to yellow in color. It is believed that this oil should be avoided IF you have allergies to the Ragweed family.
Like the German chamomile, the chamomile (Roman) e.o. is thought to be useful for relaxation.
The oil is also an anti-inflammatory. It is also a great relaxant. It is able to aid ailments that are related to allergies. It is used in stress, anxiety, and for people who have trouble sleeping. It even has traits to lighten hair when added to shampoos.
